Early Years Program

The Resilience Project has a mission to teach positive mental health strategies to help people become happier and more resilient. To continue fulfilling this mission, we are therefore thrilled to launch our Early Years Program. 

This is a positive mental health program for Early Childcare and Education centres with a focus on building mental resilience amongst educators, children, parents, and the community.

What's INcluded

A comprehensive Educator Resource which guides educators through a 21 week program focusing on the key pillars of Gratitude, Empathy, Mindfulness and Emotional Literacy.

Access to a 4-part educator professional development digital series. 

Access to the online resource hub which contains up-to-date information, resources, newsletters and educator self-care activities. 

An Early Years Family Journal designed to link the key concepts into the home environment. This includes activities and ideas for connecting that families can complete together.

Program Objectives

Introduce positive mental health strategies at a key point in children’s emotional development.

Involve Parents and Carers with the Family Journal to raise awareness of practical strategies to build resilience for themselves as parents and within their children.

To build educator capacity and awareness of practical strategies to build resilience within the community and within their workplace.
